I have an honest confession here: I don’t know if it’s the fact that we’re spending more time at home than ever before, if it’s that our business and responsibilities are growing, or the fact that my kid has a lot of stuff (thank you to the grandparents!!), but this year more than ever, we’ve been finding ourselves overwhelmed with clutter, we feel like we’re running out of space, time, and spend wayyy too much time cleaning… and yet don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
Can you relate?
Maybe it’s the overwhelming feeling you get when you go into your closet, or the frustration you have every morning looking for shoes, or the struggle you have trying to find that ONE receipt or document you KNOW you filed…. somewhere.
As our lives get increasingly digital, our responsibilities and families grow, our living spaces get smaller, and we spend more time at home, there has never been a more important time to talk about organization and processes than now.
Now, before you think “Lisa, that sounds boring”: You’re going to LOVE my guest Jane Stoller’s approach to organization.
Jane is a Swiss-Canadian life-biz organizer, speaker, author and university instructor whose passion is in decluttering spaces and organizing business processes. Jane wrote her first book Organizing for Your Lifestyle in 2016 to help friends get more organized. It ultimately gained international attention, which in turn this allowed Jane to turn her passion into a profitable business, Organized Jane.
